Simple order process
How Galaxy IPTV Works
Ordering should be simple. Choose your package, complete your payment, submit your details, and we verify everything before delivering your IPTV account.
Choose your package
Select the duration and number of screens that fit your household. The pricing section shows the total before you continue.
Select your payment method
You can choose cryptocurrency or IBAN bank transfer. Crypto payments show the estimated coin amount for your order value.
Send the payment
Follow the instructions on the payment page. For crypto, use the displayed wallet address and network carefully. For IBAN, include your order reference when available.
Submit your payment details
After paying, submit your payment form. If you paid with crypto, include the TXID when you have it. If you cannot find it immediately, submit the order details and contact support if needed.
Payment verification
Payments are checked before delivery. Crypto can often be verified faster than bank transfer, while IBAN processing depends on the banking network.
Account delivery and setup
Once the payment is confirmed, your account details are delivered to the email address used during checkout. Need help setting up your device? Contact support.
