How fast will I receive my IPTV account?

Delivery starts after payment verification. Crypto payments can often be checked faster, while IBAN bank transfers may take longer depending on the bank. If you need help, include your order ID when contacting support.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Galaxy IPTV supports cryptocurrency payments and IBAN bank transfer. The payment page explains the available options for your selected package.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

Yes. If you select crypto, carefully choose the correct coin and network. The payment page shows the estimated crypto amount and wallet details. Always double-check the address and network before sending.

What is a transaction ID or TXID?

A TXID is the transaction reference created by the blockchain after a crypto payment is sent. It helps us locate and verify your payment. If you cannot find it immediately, submit your order details and contact support if needed.

Can I pay by IBAN bank transfer?

Yes. If you choose IBAN transfer, follow the bank payment instructions and include the order reference when available. Bank transfers are usually slower than crypto payments.

What internet speed do I need?

For stable HD streaming, we recommend at least 25 Mbps. For 4K, 50 Mbps or higher is better. A wired connection or strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi is recommended for the best experience.

Which devices are supported?

IPTV can work on many Smart TVs, Android TV boxes, Android phones, iPhones, iPads, tablets, and compatible apps. Exact setup depends on your device and app.

What if my payment is delayed?

Do not send a second payment immediately. Contact support with your order ID, payment method, TXID if crypto was used, and the email address used during checkout.

What if IPTV does not work on my device?

Contact support and include your device model, app name, order ID, and a short description of the issue. Many issues are caused by app settings, weak Wi-Fi, wrong login details, or unsupported devices.
